At Technology Burn, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions.
Service-Based Work
- Payments made for services such as website development, ERP/CRM development, or digital marketing are non-refundable once work has started.
- Refunds, if any, are subject to management discretion and project status.
Subscription / AMC Services
- Subscription or AMC fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Delays & Force Majeure
Technology Burn shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (technical issues, third-party services, force majeure events).
